We may ask you the following questions to help you choose the perfect puppy for you:
- Will this be your first puppy?
- Do you have any other pets?
- Do you prefer any breeds in particular? How much do you know about that breed?
- How large of a dog would you prefer?
- Would you like a companion to take long walks with, or do you prefer a dog that requires little exercise?
- Do you live in a house or an apartment?
- Do you have an enclosed patio or yard?
- Do you have children? If so, what are their ages?
- Do you or any family members suffer from allergies to dogs?
DEPOSITS
non-refundable, meaning that once you reserve a puppy, you have given your commitment
to proceed with the full transaction . If at any time you decide not to go through with the transaction your deposit will
be used as a "restocking fee" meaning that we will have to re-advertise, and possibly even lose money on the sale - therefore
your fee will be collected as damages, and no further actions will be required from either party.
Any money put down for dog/puppy is NON REFUNDABLE, unless a puppy is not available. If you
decide you don't want the puppy, you forfeit your Deposit
All deposit's are non-refundable. If for any reason you can not get said puppy,
deposit can be transered to another litter. You must let me know
before said puppy is of 6 weeks old, otherwise all deposit is forfeited. Pick puppy must be made by the age of 6 weeks, after which all pups are available to the public for sale. Transfered Picks are
determined on availability at time, and must be made within
18 months of original deposit date, or pick of 3 different breedings, whichever comes first.
We process adoptive families in the order that we receive deposits.
As deposits are received you are next in line to accept an upcoming available puppy.
If you opt to choose an available puppy, then it is placed
on HOLD.
If you decide to wait for a different puppy then the next deposit
holder will have option for that pup, and you will have option for the next puppy available.
There are no refunds on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed here
in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to
some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies
the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy.
The Seller reserves the right
to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy –(
i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmceutical
research laboratory etc.).
If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or
otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer;
unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available
litter.
OUR SOLE PURPOSE OF A DEPOSIT IS: FOR PROTECTION
FOR US AGAINST NON SERIOUS BUYER'S,AND ALSO PROTECTION FOR THE BUYER...INSUREING THEY GET THE PUP THEY CHOOSE.SO THE DEPOSIT
PROTECTS BOTH THE BUYER AND US!
WE ASK THAT A DEPOSIT BE MADE IN THE AMOUNT OF NO LESS THAN $100.00(UNLESS OTHERWISE
AGREED UPON.).
THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PRICE OF SAID PUPPY.
THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE!!!!!!!!!!IF
FOR SOME BIZARE REASON,SOMETHING HAPPEN'S TO THE PUP THAT YOU CHOSE,THEN THE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARD ANOTHER PUP,EITHER FROM
SAME LITTER,OR FROM THE NEXT AVAILABLE LITTER. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION'S ABOUT DEPOSIT'S PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL US
YOU AGREE
1. that you are buying a pet , not
a show dog or a breeding dog
2. that you will take it to a vet
within 10 days of arrival for a wellness exam
3. that you will keep it current on
vet recommended shots and dewormings
4. that you will feed it a name brand
of appropriate puppyfood.
5. that if a problem is found you
will contact us asap and provide contact info for your vet, so our vet can discuss the problem with him. (problems do not
include underbites, overbites,mild hair loss and similar minor issues)
7. that WE DO NOT REFUND ANY VET BILLS
8. that we will only refund
when we have appropriate documentation from your veterinarian. We reserve the right to ask for a 2nd opinion from a vet not
associated with the same clinic at the buyers expense. This is in cases where there is doubt or difference of opinions.
